User Data Deletion Instructions — VERSOS

    Last updated: August 13, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and your data from the VERSOS Platform, including data from connected social accounts (Instagram), as required by Meta Platform Terms.

The Platform is operated by BX4 Technology Solutions LLC (United States of America), which is responsible for processing and deleting the data described here.

Address: 8439 Eagles Loop Cir, Windermere, FL 34786, United States.

How to request deletion of your account

You have two ways to request full deletion of your account and all associated personal data:

Option 1 — Directly in the Platform
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, generated content, usage history, and access credentials.

    Option 2 — By email
Email info@versosbible.com with the subject line "Data deletion", from the email address registered on your account. We process the request within 30 days and send confirmation by email once completed.

    What gets deleted

    • Profile data (name, email, phone number, address, photo).
    • All generated content (sermons, devotionals, studies, blog articles).
    • Usage history and preferences.
    • Access tokens for connected social accounts.

    About the Instagram connection specifically

If you connected an Instagram account to the Platform, you have two independent options:

    1. Disconnect only the social account, keeping your VERSOS account active: go to Settings → Social Accounts → Disconnect. This immediately removes the stored access token and stops any automatic publishing, without deleting the rest of your account.
    2. Delete your entire VERSOS account (options above), which automatically also removes any associated social account connection.

In both cases, you can also revoke access on Meta's side directly, in Instagram/Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, by revoking access for the "VERSOS" app.

    Data retained for legal obligations

Payment records may be retained for an additional period when required by applicable tax law, even after account deletion, strictly limited to what is necessary to comply with that obligation.

    California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the deletion process above also fulfills your right to request deletion of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of your California privacy rights.
