VERSOS ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a Christian AI platform for pastors, church leaders, and ministries, available at versosbible.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
The Platform is operated by BX4 Technology Solutions LLC, a company based in the United States of America, acting as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Account and profile data: full name, email, phone number, profile photo, address (street, neighborhood, city, state, ZIP code, country), preferred language, church/ministry name (when provided).
Usage data: sermons, devotionals, Bible studies, and other content you create or generate; generation history; preferred Bible version; declared doctrine/tradition; reading progress and plans.
Payment data: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Connected social account data: when you connect an Instagram account to publish content directly from the Platform, we collect the account identifier, username, profile picture, and an access token issued by Meta, used solely to publish the content you schedule yourself. The token is stored in a segregated table and is never exposed to your browser.
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, error logs (for technical diagnostics).
Push notifications: if you enable notifications, we store a browser subscription identifier to send reminders and devotionals.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Each of these providers processes data under its own data protection terms and only to the extent necessary to provide the contracted service.
We process your data based on your consent, performance of the contract for use of the Platform, and compliance with legal obligations. For users in Brazil, we comply with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). For users in the European Union, we comply with the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
We use industry-standard technical safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access control on the database, and segregation of sensitive credentials (social account tokens are never exposed to the user's browser).
We use cookies and browser local storage strictly necessary to maintain your authenticated session and remember language and theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
VERSOS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Platform with reasonable advance notice.
