By creating an account or using the VERSOS Platform (versosbible.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

VERSOS is an AI platform that helps pastors, church leaders, and ministries study, teach, and share biblical content, including generating sermons, devotionals, Bible studies, blog articles, and social media content.
The Platform is a tool to support Bible study and teaching, not a substitute for prayer, communion with God, pastoral leadership, or spiritual counsel. AI-generated content should always be verified by the user against Scripture and, when necessary, reviewed with pastoral guidance.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
The Platform offers a free plan with a monthly generation limit and paid plans (Pastoral, Church) with expanded features. Pricing, limits, and conditions for each plan are described on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Platform (sermons, devotionals, articles). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service you signed up for (including publishing to your own connected social accounts, only when you authorize it).
You are responsible for ensuring that content published through the Platform complies with applicable law and with the terms of service of any third-party platform (such as Meta / Instagram) you choose to publish to.
By connecting an Instagram account, you authorize the Platform to publish, on your behalf, exclusively the content you create and schedule yourself. You may revoke this authorization at any time in Settings → Social Accounts by disconnecting the account. The Platform never publishes content without your explicit scheduling or publishing action.
You agree not to use the Platform to: generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights; attempt to circumvent the Platform's technical or security limits; or use the Platform for purposes unrelated to biblical teaching and discipleship.
Content generated by the Platform aims for fidelity to Scripture, but may contain inaccuracies, since it is produced by AI models. The Platform does not claim to receive divine revelation, prophecy, or direct messages from God. We recommend always confirming generated content against Scripture and seeking pastoral guidance when needed.
The software, design, VERSOS brand, and other Platform elements (except user-created content) are owned by VERSOS and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform's software without express authorization.
You may cancel your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible.
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors in AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
